Kale Chips (All-Dressed)

Makes 1 to 2 servings

 

Ingredients: 

Approx. 1/2 bunch kale leaves 

1/2 TBLS Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

1 1/2 TBLS nutritional yeast 

1 tsp garlic powder 

3/4 tsp. chili powder 

1/2 tsp. onion powder 

1/2 tsp. smoked paprika 

1/4 tsp. fine grain sea salt 

1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional) 

 

Directions: 

Preheat oven 300 F. Line large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove leaves from stems of kale, roughly tear up into large pieces (leaves should be washed before using). In large bowl, put leaves, massage in oil until all is coated; combine spices in separate bowl, then sprinkle on leaves & toss to combine. Spread kale out on prepared baking sheet in a single layer, don’t overcrowd kale. Bake 10 min, rotate pan & bake an-other 12-15 min, total of 25 min.; cool 3 min & enjoy right away as they will lose crispiness over time!

Jello Cubes

 

Ingredients: 

16oz cold water

4 packets Knox Plain Gelatin

1 packet Ideal Protein Peach Mango/Raspberry Jelly/Pineapple Banana/
        Pink Lemonade/Cherry Gelatin (pick one!)

6 oz. cold water

2 tbsp. lemon juice 

 

Directions: 

Combine cold water (16 oz) and plain gelatin and microwave until very hot. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Mix additional cold water (6 oz) with Ideal Protein drink of your choice and lemon juice. Mix until all protein is dissolved. Combine both mixtures and place in container and chill for several hours or until set.
