Makes 1 serving



1 Ideal Protein Potato Puree Mix, or other ‘creamy’ IP soup mix

1 whole egg or 2 egg whites

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp of each: basil, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, cilantro
       (adjust/add based on preference)

1 tsp olive oil

2 oz. cold water 



Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients in bowl. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Pour mixture onto pan and spread out—you can use different pan sizes to achieve desired thickness. Bake 20 minutes or until done (cook time and temperature may vary for desired thickness of bread). You can use this recipe to make breadsticks, pizza crust, hamburger buns, wraps, etc.
