A: No. Our protocol is a healthy, adequate protein, low-glycemic, low-fat protocol. Vitamin and mineral supplementation is mandatory. We monitor fat and carbohydrate intake while providing your body an adequate amount of high biological protein every day to support lean mass. We provide weekly one-on-one support, along with education along the way for the lifestyle and behavioral changes necessary to make sure this is your last diet!
Q: Is this a high protein diet?
A: No. The amount of protein allowed on the protocol is an adequate (minimal) amount of protein a person needs every day to secure lean mass. Our proteins are high biological, highly absorbable, contain essential amino acids, and have a protein score of 100% based on the egg protein standard. Each protein product maximizes protein while minimizing calories, fat, carbohydrates, and sugar.
